Q: Can you enroll as a Preferred Customer or Distributor if you are under the ages of 18?
A: No, to enroll with 1ViZN you must be 18 years or older.

Q: What are the fees to become a distributor?
A: $49 application fee and $49 annual fee.

Q: What are my payment options for the Distributor fees?
A: You can use a card or your pay hub account for your enrollment/renewal fee but you can only use a credit or debit card for your website/back office fee.

Q: What is the text wire code number?
A: 91011

Q: Is my Auto-ship sent out on the same day every month?
A: No, auto-ships run every 28 days and there is typically 30-31 days in month, so the date will change every month however the day of the week will stay the same.

Q: My account says that I am inactive but my auto-ship is this week?
A: Your account will show inactive the same week your auto-ship runs and will show you active after it successfully goes through. (Example: Monday starts a new Bonus Week and my auto ship is scheduled to run on Saturday. I will show inactive until my auto ship runs on Saturday between 6am-10am. Once it successfully runs, I will then show as active).

Q: Can I change who my sponsor is?
A: Yes, you must fill out a Sponsor change form and have your current sponsor (along with a copy of their driver’s license) and your new sponsor sign it. The forms can be found in the Document Library in your Back Office.

Q: Can I switch from being a Preferred Customer to a Distributor?
A: Yes, you will just have to pay the distributor enrollment and website fees. To upgrade, call Customer Service at 801-203-3522.

Q: Can I switch from being a Distributor to a Preferred Customer?
A: Yes, you will have to fill out the Distributor to Preferred Customer form and submit it to Customer Service.

Q: If I terminate my membership are there fees?
A: No, but if you terminate your account you have to wait 6 months before you can enroll again as a distributor.

Q: What PV do I have to be at to qualify for commissions?
A: For partial (50%) commissions you have to be at a minimum of 75PV. For full commissions you have to be at 150PV.

Q: When do I get Paid?
A: Bonus periods are Monday - Sunday. Commissions are paid a week behind so any volume within the same bonus week (Monday - Sunday) is paid out the following Friday before 5pm MST.

Q: When I request funds from my PayHub account, when is it deposited into my bank account or when is the check mailed?
A: Checks and bank transfers are done every Monday of the week unless Monday is a National Holiday. If Monday is a National Holiday, checks and bank transfers will be done on Tuesday.

Q: When should I take ReVive and PowrBlend?
A: For ReVive, take 1 capsule in the morning with a full breakfast or an hour before your workout. For the Amazon PowrBlend, recommended daily dose is 2 packets. You can take these any time of the day though it is suggested they are taken in the morning with the ReVive.

Q: I am over 60, can I take ReVive?
A: There are many people over the age of 60 who take ReVive. However, it is always recommended to consult with your physician before taking any dietary supplement.

Q: Is ReVive FDA approved?
A: No, only pharmaceuticals and some consumable products which contain "drug facts" require FDA approval. Most multi-vitamins and popular supplements are not FDA approved.

Q: Is ReVive all natural?
A: No, ReVive is not considered all natural due to some of the minor ingredients. However, the caffeine in the ReVive is natural caffeine rather than a synthetic in many other dietary/energy supplements.

Q: What is a Retail Customer?
A: A Retail Customer buys the product in a single transaction, without signing up to receive automatic monthly shipments. The product is bought at full retail cost.

Q: What is a Preferred Customer?
A: A Preferred Customer signs up to automatically receive the products each month at a discounted rate. There is no sign up fee or cancellation fee.

Q: What is a Distributor?
A: A customer can sign up as an independent Distributor. This enables them to buy product at wholesale cost and sell it. This includes a sign up/starter kit fee of $49 and a monthly autoship of $150 minimum to be fully qualified for commissions.

Q: Will I crash after the energy from the ReVive wears off?
A: No, since the caffeine in the ReVive is a natural caffeine, it does not cause a crash like synthetic caffeine in coffee and energy drinks.

Q: Will I feel shaky?
A: No, you should not feel shaky on the ReVive, however if you do, you can take 1/4 or 1/2 of a pill the first few days to a week then gradually increase to a whole pill. Be sure to take it with food and plenty water.

Q: Can my child under 18 years of age take ReVive?
A: ReVive is not meant for children or women who are nursing or pregnant. 1ViZN's suggested age is 18 or older. However, you may consult your physician.

Q: I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, dairy allergies, or other medical issues. Can I take ReVive?
A: You should always consult your physician before starting any supplement or vitamin. While there are many customers and distributors who have these health problems and take the ReVive without any adverse effects, it is still recommended to consult your personal physician first.

Q: How much caffeine is in one ReVive pill?
A: There is less caffeine than the average cup of coffee in each pill. It is natural caffeine and therefore a much healthier than the synthetic caffeine in coffee, energy drinks, and many other supplements.
